Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
An established, multi disciplinary property and construction consultancy are looking to recruit a Partner level Building Surveyor to lead and develop its largest Building Surveying team. With a strong reputation across the residential and commercial sectors, the business is widely recognised for delivering at a level that exceeds its size and market positioning.
This is a senior leadership appointment offering genuine influence, autonomy and long term opportunity.
The RoleThe successful candidate will join the leadership team of the firm’s largest Surveying division, overseeing a substantial portfolio of residential and commercial work across Central London, South East London and into Kent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, managing and developing the largest Surveying team within the business
- Providing strategic input at board level and contributing to wider business direction
- Overseeing a mixed residential and commercial workload
- Delivering operational support and technical guidance to other service lines
- Driving performance, profitability and sustainable growth within the division
- Maintaining and developing strong client relationships
This is a true management position, not a nominal Partner title. The role carries real responsibility, visibility and influence across the organisation.

About You- MRICS qualified (essential)
- Proven Building Surveying experience across residential and commercial sectors
- Strong team leadership or management background
- Commercially aware with the confidence to contribute at board level Motivated by the opportunity to shape and grow a high performing team
