General Manager - Fast Casual​/QSR Brand

We are partnering with a well-established and growing fast casual brand to appoint a General Manager for one of their busy London restaurants.

This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced environment where standards matter and energy is everything.

If you enjoy running a tight ship, building strong teams and driving performance week in, week out, this could be for you.

As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day to day running of the restaurant.

You will be accountable for

• Full P&L performance
• Driving sales and delivering against KPIs
• Managing labour and cost control
• Leading recruitment, training and development
• Building a positive and engaged team culture
• Ensuring operational and brand standards are consistently met
• Delivering a strong guest experience

This is a high‑volume site, so pace, organisation and leadership from the floor are essential.

You will ideally

• Have experience as a General Manager within QSR, grab and go or fast casual
• Be comfortable managing high volume environments
• Understand margins, labour control and commercial performance
• Lead from the front and hold high standards
• Be proactive, organised and confident in a busy setting
