The Role:

* Responsible for all electrical aspects of a large-scale, fast-paced commercial office fit-out project.

* Manage, monitor, and successfully deliver electrical contracts from early works through to commissioning.

* Ensure all works are carried out to a high standard, with project-specific RAMS and site safety plans adhered to.

* Procure and order key materials; appoint and manage subcontract supply chains, ensuring compliance with specifications and drawings.

* Build strong working relationships with clients, ensuring works are programmed and completed professionally.

* Manage in-house and subcontract labour resources, ensuring quality of work and compliance with legal and statutory requirements.

* Accurately monitor and cost contract changes and variations.

* Issue interim valuation claims accurately in line with works completed.

* Prepare and present internal monthly contract reports, detailing key performance indicators and cost reporting.

The Ideal Candidate :

* 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Project Manager.

* Proven experience delivering commercial electrical projects up to £30m, preferably with CAT B fit-outs included.

* Hands-on approach and adaptable, willing to be involved across all project stages.

* Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Willing to work on-site in London most days.

* Relevant qualifications and certifications (CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, HND/HNC) advantageous.
