Are you an experienced Senior Audit Manager with a passion for the Not-for-Profit sector
? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Top 20 UK accountancy firm
, working with a diverse portfolio of charities, higher education institutions, and trade unions. You'll lead audits, mentor talented staff, and contribute to the growth of a respected practice.

Reporting to the Head of Not-for-Profit Audit, your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning, supervising, and reviewing audit work for charities, higher education, and trade unions
• Reviewing statutory accounts in line with Charities SORP, Higher Education SORP, and FRS 102
• Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Overseeing the planning, supervision, and review of audit teams
• Supporting business development through networking, tenders, and sector-focused initiatives
• Mentoring and developing junior team members and supporting recruitment

• ACA/ACCA qualified with proven Senior Manager experience
• Strong technical knowledge in Not-for-Profit / Charities and HE SORPs, FRS 102
• Confident communicator with excellent leadership and people management skills
• Commercially aware with a commitment to high-quality client service
• Experience in a Top 20 or similar firm is preferred

• Salary: £75,000-£85,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
• Hybrid working: 2 days in the office per week
• 37.5-hour week with core hours 10am-4pm
