We are currently seeking a Registered Manager Complex Care to join our dynamic team and lead our complex care services to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our complex care services, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality care to our clients.
  • Develop and implement care plans for clients with complex medical needs, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making necessary adjustments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Manage and train a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver care in line with company standards and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care is provided.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the complex care services.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry developments and best practices, implementing changes as necessary to improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or Nursing.
  • Proven experience in managing complex care services, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Proficient in IT and record‑keeping.
