Senior Bid Manager

Overview

As a Senior Bid Manager, you’ll work closely with the Director of Business Development and play a central role within the broader commercial and marketing function. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of bid and tender submissions across global territories, including Europe, the Middle East, and North America, while maintaining close coordination with colleagues managing opportunities in Asia. International bidding experience is ideal.

There is an element of marketing involved in the role so a creative eye is also desirable.

This role is instrumental in shaping compelling submissions that reflect the company’s strategic goals, uphold brand integrity, and meet client expectations—ultimately driving success in securing major international contracts.
