Seven is partnering on a confidential search for an exciting emerging challenger brand operating in the adult soft drinks and functional wellness space.
With strong funding, brand foundations and growing consumer momentum, the business is now entering its next phase: scaling structured distribution across Grocery, Convenience & On-Trade channels.
This is a rare opportunity to join at an inflection point, shaping route-to-market strategy, building key retail and hospitality partnerships, and laying the foundations for scalable, sustainable growth.
The roleWe are seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales to take ownership of national sales strategy and execution. You will:
- Develop and execute UK sales strategy across Grocery, Convenience & On Trade customers
- Lead national account relationships and secure new listings
- Build and manage distributor partnerships
- Create commercial structure, reporting and forecasting discipline
- Work closely with the Founder and investors on growth plans
- Begin building out the sales function as the business scales
You are a hands‑on, entrepreneurial commercial leader who thrives in high‑growth environments.
- Proven success scaling FMCG brands
- Strong UK Grocery retail network
- Experience in challenger or early‑stage brands highly advantageous
- Commercially rigorous but comfortable operating without heavy structure
- Combines strategic thinking with sleeves‑rolled‑up execution
- Energised by ownership, pace and tangible impact
- Equity participation
