Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager London Salary: £70,000 (all-inclusive) We are seeking an experienced and professional Engineering Manager based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong leader to manage a small on-site engineering team within a high-profile, corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop a small team of engineers, ensuring high performance and compliance. Oversee all building services operations, with a strong focus on HVAC systems. Ensure statutory compliance and safe systems of work are maintained at all times. Act as the main point of contact for engineering matters within the building. Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works. Ensure service delivery meets the highest presentation and operational standards.

Requirements: HVAP qualification (High Voltage Authorised Person) or held within the last 5 years. Proven experience managing engineering teams. Strong technical knowledge of building services.

Experience with in a corporate or professional services environment is desirable. Smart, professional, and client-facing presentation. Strong communication and leadership skills.
