As the firm scales, they are looking to strengthen their Financial Services consulting team with high-calibre individuals who want to play a meaningful role in shaping a growing business.

This consultancy works across the full Financial Services landscape, supporting leading institutions to define strategy, unlock value, and deliver complex transformation programmes.

• Target Operating Model
• Corporate & Business Strategy
• Transformation & Restructuring
• Performance Improvement & Growth Initiatives
• Large-Scale Transformation Delivery
• Data, Digital & AI Enablement

You will work directly with senior client stakeholders, helping design and execute business-critical initiatives that drive measurable and sustainable impact.

• 2–6 years’ experience within management consulting, ideally from a Big 4 or leading strategy/transformation FS firm
• Demonstrated experience delivering strategy, operating model, transformation, or value creation programmes within Financial Services (Retail Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, or Insurance)
• Strong analytical capability with structured problem-solving skills
• Ambitious, collaborative, and motivated by working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
