Macgregor Black are partnering with a Beverage Manufacturing Business, we are looking for a Coffee and Strategy Director to lead its brand, product, and customer proposition across the UK. This is a pivotal role within a business that partners with some of the most recognised operators in retail, hospitality, and food service.

As a senior leader within a global beverage manufacturing business, the Coffee Director will be the driving force behind shaping and elevating the company’s coffee vision worldwide. This role champions excellence in coffee quality, equipment innovation, and customer experience — ensuring coffee remains a defining pillar of our growth, reputation, and commercial success.

The Coffee Director sets the strategic direction for coffee, translating deep product knowledge and market insight into tangible business impact. This includes defining the portfolio, guiding innovation, and forging strong partnerships across the value chain — from origin to cup. The role brings together operational excellence, creative brand thinking, and commercial acumen to strengthen the company’s leadership in coffee across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead a global coffee strategy that shapes market perception, drives brand equity, and delivers measurable commercial growth.
Oversee the coffee portfolio — from green sourcing and roasting partnerships to product innovation — ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
Build and maintain strategic collaborations with equipment manufacturers to push the boundaries of coffee technology and enhance customer experience.
Partner with marketing to create compelling coffee-led campaigns, immersive experiences, and brand moments that connect with diverse audiences.
Drive operational and supply chain efficiencies, ensuring seamless delivery from bean to cup while optimising cost structures.
Engage with major clients to co-create customised coffee propositions that strengthen loyalty and deliver long-term value.
Shape the future structure, capability, and career development of coffee specialists within the business.
Lead budget planning and KPI tracking to measure performance and sustain growth momentum.
