Sales Director / Head of Sales / Operations Director required to join a leading HVAC manufacturer.

The successful Sales Director / Head of Sales / Operations Director will drive business growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and customer engagement. Responsible for managing sales teams, marketing activities, and supporting product development, they will play a key role in achieving targets and shaping the company’s strategy.

The Sales Director / Head of Sales / Operations Director will ideally have experience in a similar role within the HVAC sector. Sales Managers looking for progression into a Sales Director role are strongly encouraged to apply.

Sales Director / Head of Sales / Operations Director Role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and targets to drive business growth throughout the HVAC sector.
  • Lead and oversee sales teams, agents, and internal departments, ensuring effective coordination.
  • Manage marketing activities, national sales events, and support product development strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure key accounts and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to business development and operational strategy through the Executive Board.
  • Hybrid working out of the office near Manchester.

Sales Director / Head of Sales / Operations Director Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience within HVAC managing sales teams and driving results.
  • Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and support product development.
  • Experience implementing CRM systems and enabling sales technologies.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in the HVAC sector is essential.
  • Commutable to the office base near Manchester or willing to relocate.
