The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of the business, building scalable systems and partnerships, and supporting the organisation’s ambition to become a leading furniture and workplace solutions partner for global corporates.

    • Shape and evolve the furniture value proposition, ensuring it remains innovative, differentiated and commercially compelling.
    • Contribute to wider regional leadership discussions, supporting international expansion and cross-border collaboration.
    • Build trusted, long-term relationships with global corporate clients, acting as a senior commercial and technical authority.
    • Lead complex, high-value furniture projects from early-stage concept through to delivery.
    • Support and influence major bids, tenders and framework agreements.
    • Own commercial performance, including margin management, pricing strategy, supplier terms and overall profitability.
    • Develop and manage a best-in-class supplier and manufacturer network across the UK, Europe and wider EMEA.
    • Negotiate strategic agreements with key partners to support scale, consistency, sustainability and innovation.
    • Stay ahead of market trends in design, sustainability, circular economy principles and smart workplace solutions.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure the furniture function operates efficiently at scale, with robust processes covering specification, procurement, logistics and installation.
    • Work closely with project delivery, design and operations teams to ensure seamless execution for clients.
    • Drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation and performance optimisation across the furniture lifecycle.
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Build, lead and develop a high-performing furniture team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence.
