EMEA Payroll Manager

We’re hiring an EMEA Payroll Manager to take full end-to-end responsibility for payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions (c.1,500 employees). This is a visible, high-trust role in a fast-paced multinational environment where accuracy, compliance, and leadership genuinely matter.

• 🔹 Own payroll across EMEA – ensuring accurate, compliant processing across diverse regulatory landscapes
• 🔹 Lead and develop a team while managing in-country vendors and SLAs
• 🔹 Oversee compliance, audits, GDPR and regional statutory requirements
• 🔹 Partner closely with HR, Finance & Legal to drive alignment and resolve complexities
• 🔹 Play a key role in global payroll transformation and system initiatives

• ✔ Has 5+ years’ international payroll leadership experience
• ✔ Understands regional tax, social security and labour law intricacies
• ✔ Has worked with outsourced providers and systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP or Oracle
• ✔ Is analytically strong, detail-driven and comfortable challenging variances
• ✔ Can lead from the front while improving processes behind the scenes
