We are searching for a Senior Manager / Associate Director to join our Client Advisory Team - our commercial front line.

This is more than a sales role. You'll be:

• Advising senior client executives on their carbon strategies.
• Designing bespoke carbon solutions that make real-world impact.
• Fostering new and lasting relationships with global brands who want to lead in climate action.
• Driving growth in a fast-paced, ambitious start-up where your voice is truly heard.
• Getting stuck into every part of the business including the carbon projects themselves.
• Supporting the evolution of our go-to-market strategy and product design.

• 5-8 years' experience in business development or client advisory
  .
• Track record in working directly with senior management / C-suite
  .
• Deep passion for sustainability
  , with knowledge of carbon markets a plus.
• Familiarity with financial products or services highly advantageous.
• Confident, energetic, innovative - ready to shape solutions and drive results.
