We are currently recruiting a Mechanical Construction Manager for a major project in Central London.

Your Day to Day Will Include

As a key leader on site, you'll help drive our culture of safety, quality, and excellent delivery. You'll set the tone for the team, ensuring a safe, motivated, and high‑performing environment where people can do their best work.

You'll support the Project Manager in supervising site personnel, managing labour resources, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. You'll play an active role in training and guiding apprentices, helping shape the next generation of talent.

Your daily responsibilities will also include managing site discipline, maintaining accurate records, liaising with payroll when needed, and ensuring that plant, equipment, and materials are safe, compliant, and efficiently managed. You'll help ensure systems are ready for client handover and communicate early if anything prevents efficient progress on site.

Above all, you will act as a visible leader—upholding our safety plan, championing best practice, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with strong mechanical qualifications and experience in a similar construction management role. You'll understand Health, Safety, and Environmental systems, and you'll have the ability to recognise and use the strengths of your team to get the best possible outcomes.

But beyond that, we're looking for someone who wants to grow—a leader who sees challenges as opportunities and who is motivated by delivering exceptional work on complex, high‑profile projects.
