About The Company
We’re working with a well-established, highly regarded exhibition and live events company based in London/Birmingham. Specialising in bespoke and modular stand builds, they deliver world-class experiences across the UK and Europe for leading global brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Exhibition Project Manager to join a fast-moving, creative team and play a central role in delivering memorable builds at major venues and exhibitions.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of projects from initial brief through to on-site delivery and breakdown. Working closely with clients, internal teams, and suppliers, you’ll ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
️ You must have experience managing exhibition stand projects (modular or custom). This is essential for consideration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage exhibition stand builds and event projects from concept to completion
- Coordinate logistics, budgeting, quoting, and timelines
- Oversee on-site delivery, installation, and breakdown
- Lead client communication and manage expectations
- Collaborate with design, production, and fabrication teams
- Maintain project tracking via systems like Hub Spot
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
- Support and mentor junior project team members
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing projects within the exhibition industry
Confident reading floor plans and build specs
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Calm under pressure and great at juggling multiple priorities
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Strong knowledge of health & safety and onsite delivery
