Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Licensed Engineers in maintaining a modern Embraer E190 fleet
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance activity for both scheduled and reactive demands
• Coordinate work requirements, defect rectification, and AOG recovery
• Promote operational excellence through clear communication and hands‑on leadership
• Foster a positive culture that supports today's operation and future growth

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• CAA Part‑66 Category B1 or B1/B2 licence with certification experience
• Experience in leading engineering teams in a dynamic line maintenance environment
• Embraer E190 type training (desired), however not essential as type training will be provided
• Solid understanding of CAA Part 145 procedures
• Valid UK driving licence (or equivalent)
• Ability to hold an airport restricted zone access and airside driving licence
• Passion for mentoring and developing team members

Very attractive salary on offer + shift allowance

• Shift pattern: 5‑5‑4, guaranteeing 2 weekends off per month
