Senior Development Manager is urgently required for an established, high profile developer building major schemes in London and surrounding areas. This particular role is to develop and manage a major scheme in East London that consists of over 650 units and 250,000 sqft of commercial space as part of a major regeneration scheme.

This is a complex scheme that contains residents and businesses to be retained and live in the centre throughout the project. Reporting to the Development Director, responsibilities for the role will include implementing the project strategy, dealing with contract negotiations, managing development aspects to ensure the company fulfills its contractual obligations, ensuring project guidelines and goals are met, reporting and updating the senior directors of the business, liaising with all required departments, and providing assistance to these to help them work within the restrictions placed on the company, creating an environment to drive high performance, allocating work and deadlines to project team members, mentoring trainees within the team, and leading by example.

This role will suit an effective Development Manager with extensive design and build experience within residential-led mixed-use schemes. You will be an accomplished all-rounder with the full cycle of skill-set required to excel in this type of position.
