Key Responsibilities

* Establish and lead the London office, shaping strategy, culture, and operational standards.

* Provide visible, in-person leadership, inspiring a high-performing team.

* Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery.

* Oversee commercial and contract management for high-value, complex projects.

* Mentor, coach, and recruit top-tier QS professionals to build a market-leading practice.

* Drive business growth, revenue generation, and long-term commercial success.

Candidate Profile

* Extensive senior QS experience in a consultancy environment, ideally with exposure to complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

* Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire teams in a high-profile office start-up or growth setting.

* Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing large budgets and delivering business results.

* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills at a senior level.

* MRICS accreditation is essential.
