Who we’re looking forWe are looking for a senior communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, organisational storytelling and employee engagement, ideally within financial services or a similar regulated environment.
This role will sit within the Schroders Wealth Management in‑house marketing and communications team reporting to the Global Head of Marketing & Communications. The role will act as the senior communications lead for the wealth management business, working closely with the Wealth Management CEO and leadership team.
You will own and lead the development and execution of the global communications strategy, covering both internal and external audiences. This includes shaping the internal narrative for colleagues globally, while also setting and overseeing external PR and reputational management through a luxury PR agency.
The purpose of this role is to translate Wealth Management business priorities, strategy and culture into a clear, joined‑up communications approach for both internal and external audiences. The role will develop and deliver compelling communications that engage colleagues globally, reinforce a strong internal narrative, and ensure our external profile, positioning and media engagement are aligned with our brand and reputation ambitions.
This will span all areas of the business, including investment, wealth planning, charity, sustainability and private assets, ensuring clarity, consistency and credibility across regions.

What you’ll do Internal Communications (Primary Focus)- Create, own and implement the global internal communications strategy.
- Lead internal campaigns and messaging linked to strategy, performance, culture and transformation.
- Collaborate with our internal copy writers, marketing and events teams to support delivery of high-quality communications across channels.
- Produce content across all internal channels with clear audience segmentation and prioritisation.
- Create and manage a weekly global internal newsletter from the Wealth Management CEO.
- Lead twice‑weekly morning meetings with front‑office teams to ensure alignment, clarity and engagement.
