Alternatives Product Manager - Secondment

We are currently seeking an experienced professional via to join our team via secondment in the role of Alternatives Product Manager.

You’ll lead the management and development of our Alternatives Service offerings for Private Bank UK (PBUK). You’ll drive product innovation, oversee key relationships with third-party investment managers, and ensure robust risk and control standards. • Oversees all aspects of Alternatives Service offerings for PBUK, including third-party investment managers, and leads the development and implementation of new services to align with global strategies.
• Manages relationships with internal and external service providers, acts as Key Account Manager, and represents the product at senior business and governance committees.
• Responsible for regular detective control monitoring, managing internal and external reviews, addressing control findings, and maintaining all necessary agreements and mandates.
• Produces and develops regular and ad hoc Management Information (MI) to support business and control functions.
• Manages Alternatives Services collateral and conducts post-implementation and in-depth product reviews to ensure ongoing service quality and compliance.

• Demonstrated experience in a Private Banking environment, with a background in product development and management.
• An understanding of Alternative Services tailored to Private Bank offerings, and proven ability to manage third-party vendor relationships.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of engaging diverse groups to deliver results efficiently.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Advanced communication and presentation abilities, particularly in internal client management and problem-solving contexts.
