We're seeking a talented Head of Ticketing Operations to join our dynamic team in London. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, driving execution, and collaborating with highly cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our users.

Responsibilities
  • Lead ticketing operations across the UK event portfolio, ensuring events are built accurately, go on sale on time and run smoothly through to event delivery.
  • Manage and develop operational teams across fulfilment, onboarding, web content and event management, providing clear direction, prioritisation and support.
  • Oversee ticketing builds, fulfilment and box office delivery, ensuring best practice is followed and events are appropriately resourced for live delivery, including access control and scanning.
  • Act as a senior operational escalation point, working closely with Client Services, Account Management, Technology and European colleagues to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in ticketing or event operations, ideally within a live events, venue or ticketing environment, with knowledge of end-to-end ticketing delivery.
  • Proven leadership experience, managing operational teams and coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident stakeholder management, able to work cross-functionally with clients, internal teams, venues and product/technology teams.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to oversee multiple events and operational processes simultaneously.

Location & Working Arrangements

Where:
You'll be based at our head office opposite London Bridge Station. We work 3 days in the office (Tues-Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
