RoleAs the EMEA Corporate Events & Tradeshow Manager, you will lead some of Everpure’s most visible brand event experiences across the region. Joining a high-performing global events team, you won’t just manage logistics; you will support the end-to-end delivery of Tier 1 and Tier 2 proprietary corporate and industry trade shows, that directly drive customer trust and market leadership. This role is a unique blend of high-level stakeholder management and hands-on execution, requiring you to partner closely with corporate and regional leadership, sales, and product marketing to translate business goals into immersive, world-class events.

- Drive Regional Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of 5–10 major EMEA corporate events and trade shows annually, ensuring every activation aligns with global brand priorities while catering to local market nuances.
- Own Event Financials: Autonomously manage and reconcile complex event budgets of up to €2M+, optimizing spend and identifying cost-effective booth and logistics strategies to maximize ROI.
- Elevate Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior corporate leaders, and regional sales and marketing leadership, facilitating cross-functional planning to ensure clarity on workback timelines, milestone dependencies, and business objectives.
- On-Site Operational Excellence: Orchestrate all aspects of live event delivery—including venue sourcing, AV, operations, logistics, F&B, space management, custom booth builds, vendor management, freight, and staffing—while leading on-site teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Synthesize Multi-Channel Communications: Produce and oversee critical event comms deliverables—including steerco briefings, run-of-show documents, internal comms, and comprehensive attendee communication journeys that enhance the participant experience.
- Optimize Performance through Data Analytics: Partner with Marketing Operations to conduct rigorous post-event analysis, using attendee feedback and engagement metrics to iterate on strategy and raise the bar for future programs.
- Extensive Event Leadership: 8+ years of experience in corporate events or tradeshow management within a global B2B technology environment, with a proven track record of delivering international events for 1,000+ attendees.
- EMEA Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of European event logistics, including vendor networks, venue landscapes, and the cultural nuances required to execute successfully across multiple countries.
- Strategic Project Management: Advanced proficiency in managing complex, concurrent projects using PM tools such as Asana, with the ability to remain calm and execution-focused under tight deadlines and high-pressure scenarios.
- Technical Savvy: Advanced level hands-on experience with event technologies (such as Cvent) Salesforce, and Google Workspace, to drive operational efficiency and data-driven reporting.
- Strong Communication: Strong inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, customers, and partners across various time zones and functions.
- Adaptability & Mobility: A growth mindset with the flexibility to travel 20–30% across the EMEA region and work non-traditional hours as required by the event calendar.
