Our client is a well-established refurbishment and fit out specialist delivering high-quality hospitality, retail and commercial projects across London and the South East.
The business has built a strong reputation for delivering fast track, high-specification projects for leading hospitality and leisure brands. Their portfolio includes hotels, restaurants, pubs, bars, cinemas and commercial fit outs, with a strong focus on quality delivery, client relationships and programme management.
Due to continued growth and project wins, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the team.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fast track fit out and refurbishment projects across London within live hospitality and retail environments.

Projects will primarily include:

• Hotels

• Restaurants

• Pubs

• Hospitality & leisure venues

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident managing subcontractors, driving programme and maintaining high standards across busy sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site operations

• Managing subcontractors, trades and labour on site

• Driving programme and ensuring deadlines are met

• Maintaining health & safety standards across projects

• Coordinating deliveries, logistics and daily site activities

• Conducting site meetings and reporting progress to senior management

• Managing quality control, snagging and handover processes

• Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications

• Liaising with clients, consultants and project teams

• Managing projects within live operational environments

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within fast track fit out

• Strong retail and/or hospitality project experience essential

• Experience delivering hotel, restaurant or pub refurbishments preferred

• Strong subcontractor management and organisational skills

• Ability to work within tight programmes and live environments

• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

Essential Certifications

• SMSTS

• CSCS Card

• First Aid at Work
