Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Change Project Manager with a strong background in UK policing to deliver key transformation initiatives. This role will focus on designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOM) and driving process-led change across operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of business change and transformation programmes
Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM)
Drive process improvement and organisational change
Engage senior stakeholders across policing and operational teams
Deliver effective change management strategies and adoption plans
Facilitate workshops, governance, and decision forums
Manage risks, issues, and programme dependencies

Required Experience

Proven Business Change Project Manager experience within policing / law enforcement
Strong track record delivering TOM and process change initiatives
Ability to drive and embed change across complex organisations
Experience with Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery methods
