We are working with a leading UK professional services firm looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Partner to join its established London team.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious individual seeking to play a key role in shaping and growing a high-performing private client offering, with strong autonomy and clear strategic influence.

The Opportunity:
  • Join a well-resourced and growing private client team with an excellent reputation in the HNW/UHNW market
  • Take on a visible leadership role
    , working closely with senior stakeholders to drive the next phase of growth
  • Access a strong and loyal client base, alongside significant headroom to build out new relationships and revenue streams
  • Lead complex advisory work across international private clients, entrepreneurs, family offices and trusts
  • Play a key role in developing talent, shaping team structure, and driving commercial strategy
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a diverse portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients
    , both UK and international
  • Deliver high-quality advice across areas such as:
    • International tax and residence planning
    • Trusts, estates and succession planning
    • Structuring for entrepreneurs and family offices
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities
    , both internally and externally
  • Mentor and develop a team of high-performing tax professionals
  • Collaborate with other service lines to provide holistic client solutions
What We're Looking For:
  • Established Private Client Tax specialist operating at Director or Partner level
  • Strong technical expertise across UK and international private client tax
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
  • Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in building and scaling a practice
