The Shore Group is partnering with a market-leading £200M+ Tier 1 contractor to appoint a Divisional Commercial Director to play a pivotal role in the next phase of their growth.

This is a rare opportunity to take full commercial ownership of a high-performing division delivering complex office retrofit commercial projects (£15M–£50M) across London. The role offers genuine autonomy backed by a proven leadership team to shape strategy, build your team, and influence project selection and client relationships.

You will operate as a true business leader: driving commercial performance, enhancing delivery capability, and working closely with the Managing Director to scale the division and expand market presence.

This role will suit an ambitious leader looking to elevate their impact beyond project delivery and take ownership of a business unit within a highly respected contractor.

• Are currently operating at a senior commercial level within recognised fit-out contractors or leading main contractors (ESSENTIAL)
• Have a track record delivering and commercially leading high-value office retrofit / Cut & Carve projects (ESSENTIAL)
• Are commercially astute, client-facing, and confident building long-term relationships
