Senior Project Manager - Public and Private Sector

A rapidly growing, UK‑wide project management consultancy is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding London office in the City.

You’ll take a leading role across a diverse portfolio of projects, working closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to deliver schemes from early stages through to completion. • Leading projects across healthcare, high‑end retail, defence, and student accommodation
• Managing full project life cycles from feasibility and pre‑construction through delivery
• Acting as Employers Agent and overseeing contract administration
• Working confidently with JCT contracts and supporting NEC‑based projects where required
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships
• Reporting on programme, cost, risk, and quality throughout delivery

• Proven background delivering projects in one or more of the firm’s key sectors
• Excellent working knowledge of JCT contracts (NEC experience beneficial)
• Experience in both pre‑construction and delivery phases
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
