Salary: £65,913 - £72,884 per annum depending on experience, plus £1,300 Essential Car User Allowance.

Job OverviewL&Q seeks a Senior Partnership Manager to join the Major Works team on a permanent basis. The Manager will oversee a regional team responsible for the delivery, quality and performance of major works programmes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
You will act as the client representative for all related contracts, responsible for the collection, monitoring, review and reporting of risks, cash‑flows and other associated processes within agreed timescales, and for the successful delivery of a partnership.
The role covers the South L&Q regional delivery team (Greenwich, Bexley, Lewisham, Lambeth, Bromley, Southwark and surrounding locations) and includes some onward travel.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of Partnership Managers, Delivery Programme Leads and a Technical Inspector.
- Drive performance, accountability and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure trust property assets are maintained in line with the allocated programme and budgets.
- Feed information on works carried out or no longer required back into the performance team to support accurate future programming.
- Work with the pre‑construction team to ensure future year’s works programmes are in place in a timely manner.
- Represent the client on all related contracts, managing risks, cash‑flows and delivery processes.
- Experienced people manager with excellent customer service skills.
- Financial and commercial acumen, including high‑level risk management, financial reporting and presentation to internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration and influencing skills with key stakeholders.
- Computer literate with experience managing asset management data; excellent MS Office skills.
- Good working knowledge of standard measured‑term partnering contracts.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance for fire risk management.
- Degree educated in a construction‑related course or equivalent experience.
