At Egis, we prioritise our people, and to enhance our nuclear capabilities, we are looking to recruit a skilled Nuclear Senior Project Manager to operate as part of the Energy and Sustainable Cities Business Line.
This period marks an exciting time to join Egis’s new Project, Programme, PMO and Commercial Management Capability (“P3M CM”) UK, Ireland and Europe team, which is undergoing a transformative phase.

Reporting to the Nuclear Project Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our Project Management delivery capability — supporting clients across the full project delivery lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and supply chain partners to deliver excellent project management services, compliance and performance. Your skills will help shape smarter, safer, and more resilient infrastructure.
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a hands‑on role in ensuring our clients projects and programmes run smoothly and to the highest standards.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and baseline development
- Embed safety is all activities and outputs
- Scope projects and build accurate cost & feasibility studies
- Lead in compiling business cases, governance, tender documents and reviewing submissions
- Evaluate tender documentation with sharp insight
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
