Senior Qualitative Project Managers

We are working closely with a fieldwork agency, known for delivering high-quality qualitative and quantitative research services internationally. With a growing
base of global clients, they combine agile service, strategic insight, and robust project delivery. They are looking for experienced Senior Project Managers to join their team to manage multi-country qualitative research projects for their clients.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager responsibilities include the following:

* Project management - You will manage all aspects of fieldwork delivery on assigned projects from commissioning to close, including communications with clients and suppliers, preparation of screeners and profile grids, maintaining internal records and ensuring that all project work complies with the GDPR and industry codes of conduct. You may be asked to recruit your own respondents for some projects so you should be comfortable telephoning candidates to engage with them and ask them screening questions.

* Client service. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent client service on all your projects and for building personal relationships with key clients that makes them want to work with the company, and you, in the future.

* Organisational learning. As you develop your knowledge and experience of managing projects with the company, you will ensure learning from your projects is captured and implemented in future projects. You are also encouraged to recommend better approaches, systems and tools that others can adopt.

About You

To be considered for these Senior Project Manager roles you must have:

* Strong qualitative market research project management experience, particularly managing complex, multi-market and B2B studies.

* Experience working with agencies or fieldwork and recruitment providers.

* A can-do, proactive attitude.

* Excellent client service skills.

* Strong organisational skills.

* The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

* An entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to think creatively and produce out-of-the-box ideas and solutions.

* Some quantitative project management experience would be a bonus
