Urban Pubs & Bars is looking for a talented and highly skilled Deputy General Manager with personality & charisma to support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business. This role offers the chance to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
• Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial acumen.
• Lead your team, train, nurture and develop staff to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership and run the business with confidence and drive.

• "Wear your heart on your sleave", take ownership, be bold and run the business as if it's your own.
• Be cool, calm and collected, manage pressure with ease – nothing can phase you.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager (depending on the property).
• Solid communication and organisational skills, be approachable.
• Superb customer and floor service skills.
• Strong all-round business knowledge from financials to customer satisfaction.
• Exhibits an entrepreneurial flare.
• Passionate about people, training, mentoring and growing a team, and loves to have fun.
• Personal license holder – beneficial.
