Overview

Step into a defining leadership role with a highly regarded independent agency operating across Prime Central and East London. Our client is seeking an ambitious Branch Manager to lead both the Sales and Lettings divisions from their office positioned within the heart of the City, moments from Bank.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just another management title. You will be entrusted to build, shape and drive a high-performing department with genuine autonomy, backed by an existing pipeline of 25-30 instructions from launch.

Working with the Directors, the successful individual will oversee a dedicated team including Advisors, Property Managers and Coordinators, creating a culture centred around performance, accountability and exceptional client service.

Package includes a £35,000 basic salary with realistic OTE exceeding £70,000.

They are looking for a commercially minded property professional with a proven background across both Sales and Lettings, someone confident winning instructions, nurturing long-term relationships and identifying opportunities within a competitive London market. Strong leadership is essential, alongside the energy and determination to motivate a team and consistently exceed expectations.

This role would suit either a high-performing Assistant Manager ready to step into a senior leadership position, or an experienced Branch Manager seeking a fresh challenge with genuine scope to make an impact.

Responsibilities
  • Successfully manage the day-to-day running of the office, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services.
  • Increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets.
  • Help manage and develop the teams you are working with so they can fulfil their potential and enable them to meet and exceed the targets set.
  • Motivate your teams with incentives and rewards.
  • Ensure business is compliant.
  • Generate new business, win new instructions.
  • List and sell properties.
  • Arrange and attend valuations.
  • Perform one-to-one sessions with negotiators.
