You're responsible for the numbers, the contracts, and the commercial direction of the project. If it impacts margin, risk, or client position - it sits with you.

• Leading the commercial team on a live project
• Managing cost control, reporting, and forecasting
• Overseeing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Taking ownership of contract administration and risk
• Working closely with the project lead to drive performance
• Acting as the key commercial point of contact

• Strong experience in a Commercial Manager / Senior QS role
• Background in M&E or building services (essential for this one)
• Proven track record leading commercial delivery on large projects
• Ability to manage both the detail and the bigger commercial picture
