You'll play a pivotal role in refining our content production processes, maintaining the highest quality standards, and ensuring seamless delivery of world-class technology research across our portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing
Driving Process Excellence and Innovation
- Partner with department leadership to continuously evolve and refine content production processes
- Create, document, and standardize business workflows and process maps that drive efficiency
- Develop comprehensive business requirements documentation for technology platform teams
- Implement process improvements and measure their impact on key performance indicators
- Design workflow documentation, methods, procedures, and specifications that set industry standards
Maintaining Quality Standards and Consistency
- Serve as the guardian of our content templates and company style guide
- Ensure consistency and excellence across our entire research content portfolio
- Maintain the highest editorial standards across all content formats
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on writing skills, templates, and content management systems
- Create training materials, documentation, and resources that elevate content quality
Leading Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Research, Marketing, Sales, and Product Management teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
- Support successful, on-time delivery of syndicated research and consulting projects
- Create strategic approaches and schedules for special initiatives
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining clear communication on project status, risks, and opportunities
Managing Operations and Performance
- Oversee the content production pipeline, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to production timeliness, quality, and efficiency
- Ensure delivery of research and consulting projects to time, quality, and cost specifications
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective processes
- Create compelling business cases for process improvements and resource investments
Work with a global content production team spread across multiple time zones
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training to ensure consistent skill levels
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement
- Support team development through coaching and performance guidance

- Strong collaboration skills and experience working across multiple departments
- Budget management experience with operational accountability
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
What Would Make You Stand Out
- Experience in technology market intelligence and research methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
- Background in B2B information services with process optimization focus
- Project management certification (preferred)
- Expertise with major style guides – e.g., Chicago Manual of Style (preferred)
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies – e.g., Six Sigma (preferred)
- Previous people management experience (3‑5 years managing teams of 5‑10 people)
