We're looking for a Deployment Strategist to be the crucial bridge between our cutting‑edge AI product and our enterprise customers.

As a Deployment Strategist, you'll translate complex operational challenges into concrete AI deployments. This isn't just about selling; it's about understanding our clients' deepest inspection needs, strategising tailored AI solutions, and getting hands‑on to ensure successful, impactful implementations. You'll be instrumental in driving growth and scaling our accounts in an exciting, high‑impact space.

We offer a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment where your contributions directly impact national infrastructure and critical operations. We've grown revenue 8x in one year and scaling into hyper‑growth.

We need a well‑rounded generalist, a "co‑builder" who thrives on getting hands‑on. You should be exceptionally structured, pragmatic, and creative in your approach to problem‑solving. A top 5% salesperson with outstanding emotional intelligence, coupled with a high capacity for learning and execution, is essential. While direct inspection or specific industry experience isn't required, a genuine eagerness to learn and adapt is paramount.

This role offers a competitive base salary of £70k-120k, depending on experience and skill, plus an uncapped 1-2% of new account growth – £100k+ OTE bonus. This is a London‑based role requiring 5 days/week onsite work at our Clerkenwell office.
