What you’ll do- Own the commercial and contractual management of projects under FIDIC forms of contract
- Lead contract administration and maintain compliance from mobilisation through to close-out
- Manage change control, variations, claims, extensions of time, and dispute avoidance
- Advise clients and project teams on contractual obligations, entitlements, and risk
- Prepare and review contractual correspondence, notices, and management reports
- Oversee cost management, forecasting, procurement, and financial reporting
- Build strong working relationships across clients, contractors, and consultants in multiple jurisdictions
- Drive robust commercial controls and proactive risk management throughout delivery
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related field
- Solid track record as a Project Manager, QS, Commercial Manager, or Contracts Manager in construction, infrastructure, energy, or engineering
- Strong practical experience administering FIDIC contracts, this is a core requirement
- Proven expertise in contract management, claims, variations, and commercial risk
- Comfortable working independently in international environments, with regular travel to Belgium
- Professional membership (MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent) is an advantage, not a prerequisite
