Location: Greater London

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end operational delivery of ViiV Healthcare's presence at priority global congresses
  • Drive engagement planning aligned to global strategy, business priorities, and compliance requirements
  • Oversee the full congress lifecycle, including planning, booth development, logistics, and post-event evaluation
  • Manage on-site execution, including setup, stakeholder briefings, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate attendance, travel logistics, and engagement activities across global stakeholders
  • Build and manage strong relationships with congress organisers, suppliers, and external partners
  • Ensure delivery meets governance, compliance, and quality standards

Qualifications
  • Experience in congress, event, or operations management in a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, pharma, life sciences)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex timelines and priorities
  • Experience delivering large-scale global events, including logistics, budgets, and supplier management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across global teams
  • Understanding of compliance, governance, and external engagement requirements
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and solutions-oriented
  • Ability to stay calm and effective in fast-paced, high‑pressure environments
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience applying a customer experience (CX) lens to deliver impactful and engaging interactions
  • Background in communications, engagement, or content delivery, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling experiences
