Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, International Fulfillment owns the end‑to‑end performance of international fulfillment operations, ensuring operational excellence across D2C and B2B channels. This role moves beyond day‑to‑day warehouse management into strategic leadership—driving scalable processes, KPI excellence, cross‑functional alignment, and long‑term network optimization.
The Senior Manager builds high‑performing teams, develops future leaders, and ensures fulfillment operations are commercially aligned, data‑driven, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities- Own fulfillment performance across all EMEA warehouse operations
- Define and execute a 12–24 month fulfillment roadmap aligned with company growth strategy
- Lead capacity planning, peak readiness strategy, and network scalability initiatives
- Partner with Logistics and Supply Chain leadership to optimize end‑to‑end flow from production to customer
- Establish and own a robust KPI framework (OTIF, order accuracy, despatch speed, inventory accuracy, cost per order, returns cycle time)
- Drive data‑led decision making and implement corrective action plans when performance gaps arise
