We're looking for a Director to lead a London-based accountancy & finance recruitment business. This is an opportunity to shape the future of an established business, with the autonomy to make decisions and to develop your own strategy.

You'll take ownership of this business, operating across London. Leading experienced consultants while continuing to develop key client relationships. You'll play a pivotal role in setting the strategic direction of the business and driving growth.

This is a varied and interesting role, combining leadership, business development, client engagement and commercial strategy. You will lead, coach and develop a high‑performing recruitment business, championing a culture of excellence, collaboration and accountability.

We're seeking a seasoned manager/leader within accountancy & finance recruitment. You'll be able to demonstrate a proven record of billing, leading successful recruitment teams and strong commercial acumen.
