Location: Greater London

We’re looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager to join our London team. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience delivering residential developments across both pre- and post-contract stages, with the ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and support successful project outcomes from inception through to completion.

This full-time, hybrid role involves working with clients and project teams to deliver residential developments across the UK (£20m - £150m), reporting directly to an Associate Director or Director while leading high-profile schemes.

We value individuals who are forward-thinking and open to the evolving role of digital technology and data in the construction industry, and who are keen to embed structured, data-led approaches to enhance project delivery and reporting across their schemes.

WHAT YOU LL DO
  • Lead day-to-day project management activities across assigned projects
  • Manage projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring alignment with client and business objectives
  • Oversee programme management, project risk, and stakeholder coordination across multiple schemes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including senior-level engagement
  • Chair project meetings and drive effective decision-making processes
  • Mentor and support junior team members across project delivery activities
  • Support project governance, reporting, and quality assurance processes
  • Contribute to the continued development of digital and data-led project management approaches
WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR
  • MRICS or another relevant professional qualification preferred
  • Strong technical capability across project management and project delivery processes
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of development drivers and client objectives
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering to deadlines
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance and governance
  • Adaptable and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Interest in digital and data-driven approaches within construction and project management
  • Passion for the Real Estate and Construction Industry and developing a long-term consultancy career
