Overview

The Cluster Chief Engineer is responsible for leading and managing the engineering and maintenance operations across multiple hotel properties within the London region. This role ensures the optimal functioning, safety, and sustainability of all physical assets, infrastructure, and technical services. The position plays a strategic role in aligning maintenance initiatives with the overall business objectives of the hotels, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

The Cluster Chief Engineer will oversee all aspects of preventive and corrective maintenance, capital projects, energy management, and contractor/vendor relationships. They will lead a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to deliver high‑quality results across diverse hotel environments.

The Cluster Chief Engineer plays a crucial role in overseeing the technical and maintenance operations of the hotels around the cluster in London. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of all facilities, systems, and equipment within the hotels.
