Location: Greater London
Ultimate Banking Ltd seeks a Lending Operations Manager – Mortgages in Glasgow, offering a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. You will lead mortgage operations across the full origination lifecycle, drive performance and ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.
The role requires proven experience in mortgage operations within a regulated lending environment and strong leadership of a 12-strong team. Attractive salary up to £70k DOE plus bonus and benefits awaits.
