Location: Greater London
Winedrops is seeking a Head of Growth to own the growth engine across the UK and USA, managing budgets and driving CAC, LTV and revenue growth. You will lead paid media, creative testing, and lifecycle strategies with a hands-on, analytics-driven approach.
You will report to the CEO, work with agencies and freelancers, and shape a lean growth team with global reach in a high-growth DTC brand.
