Project Manager – National Theatre Estates Capital Projects
This role is responsible for day‑to‑day planning, development and delivery of Estates capital, infrastructure, and building projects across the National Theatre estate. Projects range in size from £50k to £5m, and the role will manage a portfolio of projects in various stages of planning and delivery simultaneously. The role will work closely with the Estates team, internal stakeholders, project teams, contractors, consultants and other external advisors to maximise outcomes while respecting cost, resource, and access constraints, ensuring minimal disruption to rehearsals and performances.
Qualifications- Demonstrable experience of delivering a portfolio of capital projects to a high standard, dealing with senior leaders, colleagues, contractors, and consultants.
- Project management qualification, or demonstrable experience of using a prescribed governance framework.
- Strong communication skills.
- A highly motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
- An appetite and aptitude to absorb and understand complex concepts.
