Shelter is seeking a Race and Housing Equity Lead to drive systemic change and fight for housing justice. You will ensure our service delivery is inclusive, partnering with communities and professionals, and embedding equity across all work.
The role combines programme management, reporting, and team leadership, with collaboration across Services and Equity, Inclusion and Culture teams, and lived-experience involvement to implement race equity recommendations.
