Seqera seeks a Director of Marketing to lead and scale its demand generation and deal support engine across EST and UK timezones. This hands-on leader will drive end-to-end demand programs for both high-velocity and mid-market to enterprise opportunities, collaborating closely with Sales, Rev Ops, and Product.
You will own the marketing engine, mentor the team, and continuously experiment to improve pipeline velocity and ARR in a growth-stage environment.
