Location: Greater London
DHL Supply Chain at Heathrow is seeking a First Line Manager to lead the cleaning teams and ensure smooth operations supporting flight schedules. You will manage day-to-day deployment, set priorities and oversee training and quality on shift.
You will also brief teams, handle people processes, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, escalating issues to the Airside Shift Manager when needed. The role is based on-site at the airport with security checks as part of aviation requirements.
