Kid Zania London is seeking an Attractions Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operation of the venue, with a focus on the Children's Activity Workshops. You will manage staffing, service, and maintenance, ensuring a safe, engaging experience for visitors and staff alike.
You will lead a team of Team Leaders, develop training, manage timesheets, and analyse KPIs to set future goals. The role includes duty management and being first aider on call when required.
