As a Deputy Site Manager at Asda Express, you will be a visible, hands‑on leader who brings heart, pride and "Asdaness" into the store every day. Working closely with your Store Manager, you will help create a positive, supportive environment where colleagues feel valued and customers enjoy a warm, effortless experience. You will step up when needed, guide colleagues on the shop floor, and play a huge role in making your store a great place to work.

• Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a proud, motivated team.
• Help drive sales, strong standards and brilliant service.
• Lead the store independently when required.
• Maintain safety and compliance – including PFS and forecourt operations.
• Support colleague development, training and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Deliver day‑to‑day people management professionally and fairly.
• Promote a culture where everyone feels included, confident and proud.

• Retail experience with strong commercial understanding.
